- Allow yourself to slow down. Allow yourself to rest.

- Your feelings need not any justification. You are allowed to feel exhaustion no matter how someone else is doing "more."

- There is always something to be thankful for. It doesnt and shouldnt take much to find it. Open your eyes.
- Go the extra mile. Do more than what is required and expected of you. You arent learning for that exam, you are learning for life.
- Give yourself things that are actually rewarding instead of momentary pleasures. That book youve always wanted to read. The award winning film your friend swears by. A slow morning after a restless night. A hot shower after a long day. You deserve it.
- It’s been given because you can handle. Embrace it with both arms.
- Take on the world. Own it. It’s an adventure, not a battle, darling
